Trauma Sensitive Integrative Healing and Therapeutic Bodywork

Thirty years of hands-on practice and teaching have taught me this: the body holds stories that shape our lives. Through alternative healing systems, we can release the cellular memory that binds us to old pain. As awareness deepens, clients begin to shift, gently and naturally toward new ways of being. This sacred connection between body and mind opens the door to transformation and wholeness.

Session Structure & Rates
A minimum commitment of three sessions is required to begin.
Additional sessions can be scheduled if needed — bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your preference.
     Session Options:
•     60-Minute Session – $100
•     75-Minute Session – $125
•     Extended Sessions (up to 2 hours) available upon request at $100/hour
Sessions are available in person or online and are tailored to your needs on the day of your appointment.

     Deposit Payment
To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required.

Session fees are due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that plans can change. To honor the time and preparation that go into each session, I ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
•     A $50 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
•     This deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward your session fee when you attend.
•     If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will still be retained, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
